We treat our little and big clients with fairness and a sense of equity...

Fees are lower on simplier networks with fewer devices. Mid-sized and larger networks, typically require more experienced consultants and higher rates apply.

On and Off-site Consulting Time is billed in quarter hour increments.
We do not mark-up hardware nor software.
We do charge time to research, locate and present our findings and recommendations. Expenses are billed as direct costs to clients.

In some cases, more complex systems on small networks may increase rates.

Round trip travel fees offset fuel, vehicle, maintenance, insurance and lost time associated with travel throughout
northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.

*Home rates apply when paid with a personal check and
business/company systems are not involved.
